Information For Authors

ISTP Conferences

Before submitting your abstract please remember that:

1. Title of abstract must be written in capital letters.
2. Affiliation, city, country, e-mail address should be specified for each author.
3. Figures, references and a list of literature are not permitted.
4. Formulae (if any) should be written in LaTEX format.
5. Abstract is not recomended to be longer than 300-400 words.

Author Guide for Abstract Submission

To submit a new abstract please do the following:

1. Create your account clicking ACCOUNT in the upper menu and follow instructions.

2. Select Call for Papers in the left-hand side menu.

3. Read information on the page and click STEP ONE OF THE SUBMISSION PROCESS in the bottom of the page.

4. Select a track (session title) of the Conference depending on a type of presentation you intend to submit.

5. Choose a session type. «No preference» means that Program Committee will determine type of your presentation (oral or poster).

6. Be sure that your submission meet the requirements checking off the Submission Checklist.

7. Read the Copyright Notice and be sure you agree with it.

8. Enter text of comments for Conference Director if necessary.

9. Click SAVE AND CONTINUE.

10. Check your personal author information.

11. Add the additional author(s) if necessary. Specify correspondent author.

12. Insert title and text of your abstract.

13. Specify the agency(ies) that provided funding or support for the work presented in this submission, if necessary.

14. Click SAVE AND CONTINUE.

Author Guide about Posters

There will be a place for 50 posters displayed in the Poster Sections
during each day meeting. The recommended size of posters is ISO A1 portrait.
