Registration fees

The registration fee covers participation in the meeting, conference package, coffee breaks, lunches during the meeting, and free participation in the Welcome Party. Accompanying person fee covers free participation in the Welcome Party and coffee breaks.

The registration fees are summarised in the following table:

Registered participants may pay their registration fee either by bank transfer or by use of their credit/debit card. The fee should be paid on-line (wired transfer or credit/debit card) no later than on May 1, 2017 in the case of Early Bird Fee or on June 10, 2017 in the case of Regular Fee (see Table above). The third (however not preferred) possibility is to pay an increased Meeting registration fee (see Table above) on site at the meeting registration desk in Irkutsk.

Cancellation policy

All requests for refunds must be received by June 10, 2017 (30 EUR cancellation fee applies) through a written notification. No refunds will be available after June 10, 2017.

Bank transfer is a cheap and easy way for payment. On the other hand, participants must pay all the transfer charges along with the conference fee. Hence  participants will probably prefer the credit/debit card payment. If you choose bank transfer as your way of payment, please fill the following data into your transfer form:

2. Credit/debit card payment

The payment is processed by the authorized processing center.
The following credit cards are accepted:

Confidentiality

Payment service is provided in accordance with the rules of international payment systems on the principles of compliance with the privacy and security of payment, which uses the most advanced testing methods, encryption and transmission of closed channels of communication data. The data will be transferred to authorized server by the secured channel (SSL 3.0 protocol) in the decoded form and saved only on the specialized server of the payment system. Enter credit card data is protected on the payment page of the Bank - a partner providing the service.

Payment Process

If you select the option Credit Card, the payment is made immediately after the registration. Once you choose the Credit Card payment, the site redirects you to the authorized server page, where you can enter the credit card data and initiate the card authorization. Then press Return to come back, and you will be informed about the results of authorization. After successful authorization, your order with the selected conditions will be processed automatically. In the case of failed authorization, you may repeat the payment procedure. If the participants don't have possibility arrive to Irkutsk the payment will be return on their account.
